1. BUSINESS ANALYST (R0072308)
Role Summary
Analyze business requests to be solved with automated systems. Formulate and design automated systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements and are within stated sizing estimates. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute business design, assist in integration and acceptance testing, where necessary; and create specifications for system to meet business requirements. Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role working specifically with enterprise software products
Knowledge of the Software Development and/or Product Development life-cycle
Experience in requirement management, including requirements gathering, analysis, and specification documentation
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and synthesize cross-functional input in a team/collaborative environment
Database and service level API experience is required
2. SOFTWARE ENGINEER IV – JAVA (R0073133)
Role Summary
Works throughout the software development life cycle and performs in a utility capacity to create, design, code, debug, maintain, test, implement and validate applications with a broad understanding of a variety of languages and architectures. Analyzes existing applications or formulate logic for new applications, procedures, flowcharting, coding and debugging programs. Maintains and utilizes application and programming documents in the development of code. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Creates appropriate deliverables and develops application implementation plans throughout the life cycle in a flexible development environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or related field
Minimum 6 years professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data
Advanced knowledge and use of two or more front-end and back-end languages/technologies, including modern programming languages, APIs, external services, and both relational and NoSQL databases
Ability to analyze, modify, and develop complex code with strong understanding of testing, validation, and application documentation
Demonstrated ability to apply in-depth knowledge of procedures, methodologies, and application standards, including compliance requirements such as PCI security
3. SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER (R0072163)
Role Summary
Performs and participates in application development and testing to apply continuous quality and testability of code throughout the software development lifecycle. Builds quality within the software development process with automated testing suites providing a comprehensive view from code quality to functionality. Uses quality paradigms to provide real time quality with use of automation and frequent regression testing. Designs / develops and maintains automation frameworks and automation test suites and scripts with continuous integration, testing, deployment and delivery. Conducts performance, load, security and service virtualization testing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other technical field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing, coding, designing, or developing
Experience building and maintaining automated test suites and frameworks
Strong ability to perform unit and component testing at the code level
Experience working in Agile environments

Role Summary
